I kep forgetting to bring my camera to training, and when I do bring it I leave it sitting on my desk while we train. I promise I’ll be a bit more disciplined this week and bring it to some sessions. I’ll actually try to do a video coaching session once per week on some aspect, this week maybe I’ll do the triangle on Thursday as promised to someone about a month ago. Don’t count on it though I’m really busy I’ll just try.

The Monday music I’ve picked this week which is on my stereo beside me right now is DJ Shadow’s Blood on the Motorway. Unfortunately you don’t seem to be able to get real videos on Youtube anymore so you have to put up with the visuals

This weekend was Valentine’s weekend of course, so I took an extra night off good eating and went to the cinema and gorged myself on popcorn, nachos, coke and sweets. (no expensive valentine’s meals in this house, buying a new gaf and prenatal appointments are expensive you know!) I actually woke up on Sunday morning with a hangover and felt terrible all day yesterday. You know you’re in good health when sugar makes you hungover. I went to see The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, which was the first movie I’ve seen in ages that lived up to the reviews it has been getting. I recommend it although based on the fact that a few people at my showing walked out, it might not be for everyone.

Oh and to cap off a thrilling and romantic weekend, me and the missus watched Black Sheep last night. If you haven’t seen this you should make an effort to. It’s hilarious, but not quite as good as Dog Soldiers which is in a similar vein.

  1. I thought you meant “Black Sheep” the movie with Chris Farrelly and David spade first! Not as good as Tommy Boy. Funny you were watching horror on valentines. Myself and the missus got a kid free weekend up the wicklow hills. After eating and drinking too much we went off to bed, she slept and I flicked through the TV stations to be given the heebee jeebees watching some scabby mutant in the sewers killing people in some English made modern horror film. It was gross and I still have to find out what it was.
