Primo session

This morning I did my most enjoyable (and one of the toughest) conditioning session yet. Here’s how it broke down.

Bike 5 mins
Overs and unders, leg swings 3×8
Scap push ups, scap pull ups 2×8
Rower 10x150mtrs with 30 sec recovery
Strength block 1:
60kg bench press 30 seconds
Push Ups 30 seconds
1-2 punching 30 seconds
Repeat for 10 minutes
Rower 10x150mtrs with 30 sec recovery
Strength block 2:
Leg press 140kgs 30 seconds
Air squats 30 seconds
Leg kicks 30 seconds

Was supposed to do another set of rows and for once was actually really looking forward to them as Damian had given me some handy hints about rowing the 150s to do with the psych element and I did much better than normal on the erg in the first two sets. Unfortunately, duty called and I had to go pick up the boy. I’m sure I’ll get a chance to do them again soon though. Really great session though.
