I only know one Polish word, and it means bitch, but if I knew how to say good luck in Polish I would say it now. Shayn is all set for his MMA debut on Saturday night against Joe Baker of Kyoujin MMA in Belfast. We’re expecting a tough fight from a guy fighting out of a good Jiu Jitsu club so we’ve worked Shayn hard in training- 8 sessions a week for the last 6 weeks split between strength, conditioning, MMA, Muay Thai and BJJ. Shayn has been great, he’s never grumbled or complained, and no matter what the result on Saturday he’s done the gym and himself proud. He’s well prepared and ready to go.
